Bahama Bay Resort has a full-sized fishing dock on Lake Davenport, where guests can enjoy fishing (Proper License Required) or simply take in the calm waters and beautiful natural surroundings. The fishing dock is gated for the comfort and safety of our guests.

One of our recommendations is Manny’s Chophouse, about 20 minutes’ drive south from Bahama Bay resort, on the US 27 at Haines City – worth the drive (you don’t need to book in advance, but we suggest you ring ahead to get on their daily reservation list, it’s very popular!)
